- Our highly trained technicians are thorough, professional, kind and always leaves the jobs as clean if not cleaner than when they arrive.
- We offer early pricing for cleanings between April 1st-July 15th. Prices go up considerably after the 15th. We recommend you call just after the season ends to get the early price and get on the schedule.
- We offer gas cleanings as well as part of our stove installations and maintenance services. Although, it’s not a necessity it does freshen the look of your gas stove/fireplace. We change all batteries, clean the glass inside and out, re-fresh the pixy dust (Glowing embers) and check the burner for any cracks or issues.
- All pellet and gas cleanings end with the unit on and running so the customer can know that it’ll be working on the 1st cold day of the fall.
- All wood and pellet cleanings include a deep cleaning of the inner workings of the stove as well as all venting from the stove to the end cap.
- All of our installations are done by our factory trained technicians/installers. In fact, Jeff (Owner) has been on every single install since 2006 except for 1 due to Covid.
- Every installation is completed in a clean and timely manner usually in 1 day.
- Our crew takes the utmost care in protecting all areas of your home.
- We work one on one with the customers to make sure they’re happy with their purchase and install and answer any and all questions along the way.
- Our technicians and installers take as much time as needed to help you understand how your new or existing stove/fireplace works safely and properly.
- After every install Jeff goes over” Wood School” to ensure that every customer is left knowing everything they need to know regarding their stove/fireplace.
- Green Heat services only stoves/fireplaces that are purchased and installed by Green Heat.
- We handle all warranty and non-warranty issues quickly and effectively to ensure the customer has their heat back especially in the cold months.
- We do stock some routine parts but not all. However, we do have access to all parts of any products we sell and do our best to order, bring in and repair whatever is needed in a timely fashion.
- Our shop maintains communication with the customers throughout this process to keep a piece of mind that any issue is being handled professionally and quickly.
- There are moving parts for all gas, wood and pellet stoves/fireplaces. If and when a part fails, we will reach out to the manufacturer for replacements. We keep records of every transaction here at Green Heat including model and serial #'s. You just need to call us and describe why the stove isn’t working.
If we can’t troubleshoot over the phone, we either send a tech to your home, or if we can decipher the issue, we order the part. We do carry some inventory of parts and if we don’t have the part, we order from our distributor. We work very closely with the customer to ensure their stove/fireplace is repaired as quickly as possible.
